The All-On-4 Plus® treatment concept is a fixed, complete and immediate teeth replacement solution.
- There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
At Kew Dentistry, we always begin with an initial consultation to evaluate your current dental health and explore potential treatment solutions. Once our dentist has completed an assessment, we will offer professional advice and present you with various treatment options tailored to your specific needs.
Patients who lack adequate bone volume or have health conditions that render conventional bone grafting/implant surgery too hazardous, may be able to proceed with an All-On-4 Plus® dental implant.

General surgical risks: Any oral surgery carries a risk of infection, bleeding, swelling, reaction to anaesthesia and post-operative discomfort. Following your dentist's instructions before and after the procedure helps reduce these risks.
Implant-specific risks: Implants may fail to fuse properly with the jawbone (osseointegration) and may need to be removed and replaced. Factors such as oral health, bone density, smoking and diabetes can affect this. In some cases, implants may also affect nearby nerves or sinuses, causing altered sensation or sinus problems.
Long-term risks: Over time, infection around the implants (peri-implantitis) can develop, and the replacement teeth may chip, wear or loosen and need repair. Good oral hygiene and regular dental reviews help reduce these risks.
Any surgical or invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
